A welcome addition to any hotel room - a coffee machine (Nespresso, of course!)

The unusual features make this hotel really special.  We pass this on the way to our room.

What we liked

The concierge | The decor | The staff (most), some thought they were too cool for school but most were positive and had a great energy| The mini bar | The bed - was as comfortable as it looked | the location | the cuties at reception | Gowings Bar - a great place to catch up with colleagues or friends | complimentary wifi

We didn't like

Our room View | That the bar fridge wasn't working | a few issues with the bill at check out - but sorted out efficiently by front office staff.

The Verdict

If you want a great location in the middle of the city that oozes the qualities of a truly 5 star hotel but still feels small and boutique like, then this is the place for you.  It's the place to be with its ultra modern furnishings and decor, it is far from the beige world of other more traditional 5* hotels. Not perfect but very very good.
